DUTCH TULIPS IN POLAND
During the visit in Portugal in May 2012 our friend
Marja Nelemans gave us a great present - Dutch tulips bulbs.
We grew them in front of our school in autumn 2012.
Now in April 2013 they grow beautifully
and bring joy to everybody.
A little Holland in Poland :) Thanks Marja!!!
POLISH HONOUR CODE OF COMENIUS KNIGHTS
In October 2011 pupils during classes of Comenius Club studied medieval
honour code of Knights and discussed it with a teacher. Then they
created their own honour codes in small groups.
They presented their
work and decided which of lines
are the best and should be included into
POLISH HONOUR CODE OF COMENIUS KNIGHTS.
We made a big poster with it
and put it into our comenius corner. Children really liked the activity
and learnt a lot about honour code of medieval knights.

A Contemporary Comenius Knights' Song (Italy)
Another song, sorry. You may say "again" but we can't stop thinking about knights and their ideas. They always inspire us.
SHIELDS OF LOVE (ITALY)
First students have discovered the essential features of this important piece of armour, then they have designed and made their own shields.
Students fell in love with this activity!

MEDIEVAL DANCES IN ALMERIA
Thank you Tore who made the video and Ana Hernández who prepared the dance with our pupils.
The rain didn't allow us to make the "danza de los 7 saltos" in the playground with all our pupils and Comenius visitors, but you can enjoy this old coreography performed by Spanish children and teachers.

KNIGHTS' FOOD
Thank you my mate Ana Rebolloso and her 3-years pupils, they explained how people ate in knights time. I'm sorry but the subtitles are only in Spanish (too much work)

A NEW MISSION FOR SPANISH KNIGHTS
The Spanish association ONCE (that helps blind people) came to our school and showed us how blind children can draw, read or write. We had the chance to use Braille language and to check some devices that allows them use a mobile phone and a tablet. After the visit, we can better understand how they feel and how they deal with a visual world.
We want to thanks people who work in order to help them to be integrated in our society.
