INTERVIEWING A KNIGHT, CYPRUS

The children of 1st and 2nd year had the opportunity to experience an up, close and personal interview with a Templar Knight.

The questions came down like arrows in a battle, but the knight was well trained and prepared and managed to share with the children his experiences in knighthood.

Though wounded, the knight was able to demonstrate the fighting abilities that made knights a formidable soldier, whose aim was to serve God, the King and the people of his country.

The most important information that was passed on to the future generation was the Code of Righteous Conduct of Knights, and the children’s pledge to follow it.
